# Are Expert Advisors (EAs) Allowed in the Orbit Program?

Yes. EAs and other algorithmic trading tools are permitted as long as they don’t
employ prohibited or “toxic” strategies (such as latency arbitrage, spamming, or
tick scalping) Please check our Prohibited Strategies FAQ for a breakdown of all
strategies not allowed. Always verify that your automated methods comply with
firm guidelines.



IMPORTANT: If you are using a third party EA we urge you to tailor the settings
as much as possible and not to use out of the box 'set files' as you'll likely
share trading behavior with another trader.
